* There is no need to book a Time-Slot but if you feel more comfortable doing this then please book a Time-Slot. If you drop your watch off at the allocated time on the booking, we will guarantee that your watch will be ready within 15 minutes for a battery and a strap replacement or 1 hour if you have booked to have your watch re-sealed and pressure tested.
Watches purchased from Timewatch
If you purchase a watch with a bracelet from Timewatch Shop Cheltenham, we will adjust it to fit your wrist completely free of charge.

On arrival, we will measure your wrist to establish how many links will need to be removed. Once this has been done, we will ask you to leave it with us so that we can make the adjustments. The watch will be ready for collection within 15 minutes.
